Our Head Chef, Suresh Nadarajah, brings excitement to the quintessential Bermudian formal-dining experience. Our menus change to reflect seasonal ingredients, ensuring the highest levels of flavour and freshness. Our fisherman brings his catch on a daily basis and herbs are picked from our garden on the property.
Dress code is smart elegant – jacket and tie is optional.
